Current release status

Halo: Campaign Evolved launched globally on July 28, 2026. Premium early access began July 23 and is now historical rather than a current purchase benefit.

The game is available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Steam. The official launch post also confirms online crossplay co-op for up to four players.

Current purchase snapshot

The US Steam storefront listed the Standard Edition at US$49.99 on August 2, 2026. Store prices are regional and can change, so use the current checkout total rather than copying this snapshot into another currency.

July 29 update

The first post-launch update was published July 29. It records a 20.2 GB update download, stability changes, GPU-driver warnings, Steam account-linking visibility, mission fixes, combat corrections, and reduced hitching for large friends lists.

For current troubleshooting, use PC known issues and official fixes. This release page does not own driver-specific recovery instructions.
